Immigration and family matters can be very costly and may take a lot of time to get resolved. It’s very important that your matter is entrusted to the solicitors that deal with your case in an efficient and professional way which you can expect at Mamoon Solicitors.
Our team is well aware and fully appreciates the challenges you face and the complexities of the law especially in immigration and family law and will genuinely want your case to be successful.
Our fee include:
- Advice on the relevant rules and procedures to follow
- List of all necessary documents tailored to your circumstances and in accordance with the specified evidence as outlined in the rules
- Review of all documents to ensure that they meet the requirements of the rules
- Completion of your application forms, if required
- Assistance in obtaining further evidence for your matter like taking any witness statements etc
- Preparation of complete legal pack for court, which includes legal representation, relevant application form and supporting documents etc
- Submission of the application to the relevant Tribunal, Court, Home Office, Passport Office or Government Legal department.
- Necessary correspondence with the relevant department up until a decision is received
- Advise in relation to the outcome of the application and future, if applicable
Disbursements are costs related to your matter which are payable to third parties, such as Home Office fees and you will pay this directly as part of the application process. You will be informed at the date of instructions regarding exact fee payable to Government departments.
In all circumstances, we will take your instructions and strive our best to get you the best quote before laying the charges to you.
Majority of our clients pay us directly for the legal advice we provide them. We take a great care in assessing clients’ needs and advise them about the likely cost from the outset in all cases. During legal process, we will keep you informed of the progress and immediately inform you about the revision of estimate of costs that was given to you. We will bill you at regular intervals so that you can track the costs that are being incurred on your behalf.
Legal advice can seem very expensive but we are confident that our team of legal experts provide great value for the costs incurred.
Fee earner category and applicable rates:
Solicitors and other Fee Earners with 8 years + experience: £251.00 per hour
Solicitors and other Fee Earners with 4 years + experience: £227.00 per hour
Other Solicitors and Fee Earners with 3 years – experience: £196.00 per hour
Trainees and paralegal: £ 150.oo per hour
All fee earning members are subject to robust supervision
